Mahopac Bank is seeking a talented and experienced Learning & Development Business Partner responsible for designing, delivering and coordinating training initiatives. This motivated banking professional will work closely with management to identify learning and development needs while supporting corporate goals.
Ideal candidate will have:
At least five years of successful experience in the learning and development field; banking experience preferred with commercial lending knowledge.
Enthusiastic desire and ability to design and deliver a wide variety of training solutions.
Outstanding systems and communications skills, including superior presentation skills.
Experience partnering and working closely with HR and team management.
Ability to remain current with learning and development trends and strategies.
A Bachelors degree in a HR, Training or related field
This opportunity is available at our Brewster HQ location, with the ability to travel within our local affiliate (Putnam, Westchester & Dutchess counties) or to our corporate affiliates from time to time. (Travel approx. 30%.)
