One of Stamford's largest organizations is looking for a brand new Junior HR Business Partner to support three INCREDIBLE HR Business Partners...you will learn from this team! This client requires that you have had 1-3 years of exposure supporting an HR Team. Salary, Up to $100K, Plus comprehensive benefits. Ability to work remotely one day a week.
This position is open due to company growth and expansion into global markets.
This position is responsible for administering, implementing, and/or assisting with a variety of human resources functions, including but not limited to, the full life-cycle of employees within assigned department(s)
This position serves as a point of contact for HR-related questions from managers and employees of assigned department(s) and is responsible for providing a high level of customer service
Responsible for various HRIS and Staffing transactions including but not limited to:
Enters and maintains HRIS information for all employees
Prepares ad-hoc reports as needed
Ensures data integrity with all systems
Assists HR Directors and VP with overseeing exit interviews and procedures
Works with legal team to manage the Employee Visa and Immigration process
Guiding management on employee relations and performance management
Improving, implementing, and administering human resources policies and procedures
Serves as a back-up to the Human Resources team
Always maintains confidentiality of human resources information
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Ideal Candidate Must Have
3+ years of HR experience
International HR experience preferred
Naturally have a "white glove" type customer service type of personality
Excellent written and verbal communications, leadership/management, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, effectively managing multiple programs and projects simultaneously while still paying close attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated team player that can execute independently
Willing and able to be hands-on in executing programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS (Workday), Google Workspace and presentation experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study preferred
