Our client is seeking a contract HRBP who will provide staffing support and organization change initiatives; Interact with functional experts (i.e. talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, legal and compliance) within HR for solutions; provide clarification to managers in administering company processes; provide initial consultative services to a client groups to facilitate achievement of departmental and company-wide functional goals and objectives.

Assist in HR-related activities and services noted above for internal client leaders and managers.
Assist with facilitating meetings and providing day-to-day HR support.
May partner directly with internal clients on routine matters.
Ensures effective communication of HR products, services and programs
Assists with promotion and reward decisions and annual performance management program
Provide support to employee relations issues and effective resolution.
Initiates and completes special projects as assigned by HR business partners.
Create or update talent management and talent planning materials.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
B.S./B.A. degree required, along with current knowledge of relevant legislation, both at the federal and state level
Minimum of 3 to 5 years HR generalist experience required.
Solid functional expertise of best-in-class and contemporary HR programs and practices, including Compensation, Benefits, and a knowledge of relevant employment laws.
Strong technical skills including PowerPoint and Excel skills; previous HRIS experience
Ability to take ownership of projects
Ability to synthesize and analyze data to inform appropriate solutions, and to measure impact.
Experience with talent management and talent program development preferred.
Experience in change management initiatives is a plus.
Must be able to communicate effectively with client groups to understand their work environment, challenges and workflow.
