Paola Valencia is currently an Human Resources Generalist at Recovery Network of Programs. She is excited to be part of the SOCT SHRM as Director, College Relations. She received my B.A. in Human Development and Family Sciences with a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from UCONN. Currently, Paola is working on her Master of Strategic Human Resource Management at Sacred Heart University, where she will be graduating this May. A fun fact about herself is that she loves to cycle, hike, garden, and discover new eateries.
