Matthew Halpin, SHRM-CP is the Director of Certification for SOCT SHRM.  A former educator with seven years of experience and a Master’s degree from Mercy College, Matt transitioned into Human Resources to foster talent and organizational growth on a corporate scale.  He also holds a Bachelor’s in History from Marist College and is dedicated to helping HR professionals reach their certification goals.Outside of his professional life, Matt enjoys staying active—usually while walking his dog, Remi, or trying to keep up with his energetic son.
