Martha Castro is the Employee Experience & Talent Partner at HomeServe USA and serves as the Co-Director, Communications & Website for SOCT SHRM.  Martha has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.  She is also a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).  She has deep expertise in shaping people-centered strategies that strengthen culture, engagement, and performance.  She is passionate about continuous improvement and brings a strong perspective on the critical role people play in driving sustainable business outcomes.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog.  She also enjoys traveling and is a lifelong learner.
