Chief Administrative Officer
This is Susan’s first year on the Board. Her role as Director, SHRM Foundation and Community Affairs involves representing the interests of the SHRM Foundation to the Chapter and helping to manage the Chapter’s community outreach efforts.
Susan has 20 years of experience in healthcare administration with 15 years specifically in human resources management. She has held HR management positions in hospital, nursing home and community health settings. Her current role is as Chief Administrative Officer of Norwalk Community Health Center, overseeing human resources, compliance and risk management.
Susan has previously held PHR and SPHR certifications and currently holds SHRM-SCP certification.
