This position is open due to company growth.
Assist with Benefits Administration and open enrollment
Assist with Payroll Processing
Act as point of contact for employees with their log in information on the company HRIS
Help employees with basic benefit questions
Assist with the recruiting process and coordinate interviews
Maintain employee files
Assist with On-Boarding all new hires and Off-Boarding existing employees
Assist with Employee audits and annual reporting
Assist with lots of ad hoc HR projects when needed
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Some Payroll processing and/or benefits exposure
Strong Excel, and Word skills
Strong Communication style
Ability to follow directions well
Strong attention to detail
