On Monday, July 18, 2016, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith* presented, Triggers: Creating Behavior That Lasts–Becoming the Person You Want to Be, to a record-breaking, sell-out crowd of 173, at the Norwalk Inn. His presentation was based on his new best-selling book of the same title. Upon completing his presentation, Dr. Goldsmith received a standing-ovation from all the attendees who were inspired and elated.
Robert Satterwhite, SOCT SHRM’S Co-Director of Programs said to Dr. Goldsmith, “It was amazing, riveting, funny, interesting, cathartic – in fact, I can think of only one other speaker who has drawn, entertained, and informed so many in the last 4-5 years: the last time you spoke to our chapter! Your generosity in providing time, materials, stories that we can relate to – the whole package not only makes us better HR people, but also better people in general. Life IS good! Thank you for reminding us!”
We extend a very special THANK YOU to Dr. Goldsmith indeed for his generosity, words of wisdom, encouragement, and particularly for his donation of 110 books, which the recipients very much appreciated!
