PBIRx is looking for a Human Resource Specialist/Generalist, who has two to five years’ experience in managing a staff with diverse personalities and responsibilities with a company going through tremendous growth and change.

PBIRx partners with prestigious clients, brokers and consultants as their pharmacy benefit specialist, helping clients to evaluate, modify, design and execute solutions for their pharmacy benefit plan. Ensure that PBIRx Management is made aware of, understands and follows all required Employer Rules and Regulations for compliance (Federal, State and Local)
Be responsible that all required “Employee Record Keeping” is thorough, accurate and in keeping with the law
Liaison between Employees and Management
Employee issue notification and course of action, next steps
Employer issue with employee with recommended course of action and follow up
Manage, organize and be responsible for PBIRx Human Resource internal file “R Drive”
File any necessary personnel correspondence and information required to be accessible
Maintain compliant employee personnel files
Encourage and develop Team efforts
Attend PBIRx quarterly meetings four times a year
Help to develop team events
Reinforce importance of brand continuity and consistency
Develop new PTO documents including Holiday schedule for following year and disseminate
Maintain PBIRx Employee Handbook
Address Employee Questions
Update as required/needed
Develop and execute Quarterly Employee Performance Review and Schedule
Develop and Oversee Corrective Development Criteria for specific employees that require such oversight
Oversee PTO process by checking emails, etc and responding within 24 hours of PTO request
Provide weekly email notifying of employees out for PTO or travel
Be available on site one day or 4 hours (2 X week) for employees
Check PBIRx email on phone or computer 3 times per day
Update any Employee Addendums with new regulations
Update Employee Addendum with new or enhanced benefits
Work to maintain and expand positive employee relations
Facilitate all communications related to PBIRx 401K program
Monitor and facilitate new employees on date of actual 401K eligibility date
Arrange for meetings with 401K Advisor
Post Job Description(s) as needed
Ascertain actual Job Application
Coordinate interviews with management for on-site interviews
Follow up and negotiate with prospective new employees
Follow and Update New Employee Process/Checklist
(5 pages to include background checks, drug testing, etc.)
Gather and file all required Employee documents
Oversee/Coordinate Training or facilitate such Training with PBIRx staff TO COMPLETION
Follow and Update Terminated Employee Process/Checklist
Bachelor’s Degree or Experience HR Management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience and skills in working with diverse personalities
Detail oriented, with superior organizational skills and willingness to work as a team
Strong in: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and will easily adapt to Company used technology
Salary and Benefits:
