One of New England's oldest plumbing wholesalers with multiple locations throughout Connecticut and under 200 employees is seeking an experienced HR Manager for immediate hire. Based in Meriden, CT, the position will have direct responsibility for Recruiting and Employee management, Payroll, Benefits, and all Human Resources administration. The position has one direct report that assists with the Payroll functions and will report to the company VP of Operations.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years prior experience in HR, with at least two years working at a Generalist level and at least 2 years experience at the manager level. HR Certifications are preferred from HRCI and/or SHRM.
